In case of cancellation, the client is refunded their deposit by the hotelier, minus:
The DEBENAPS platform commission fees,
The Stripe transaction fees (credit card payment).
👉 The refund is made directly by the hotelier, as they receive the funds in their own Stripe account. The refund amount is shown in the reservation summary on the dashboard.
