FAIR revenue is a minimum target revenue proposed based on the market and the information of your hotel (competitive area).
As long as it is not reached, the reservation prices remain fixed, meaning the price reduction process is not triggered.
Once it is exceeded, a progressive price reduction is applied to customers.
You can track:
- Estimated FAIR revenue
- Revenue share rate (default: 90%)
- Total revenue (FAIR revenue + 10%)
