How to adjust pricing ?

Here you will find the histograms of revenues corresponding to the offer periods.

By clicking on a histogram:

• The breakdown of revenues by room type (duo, solo, trio, etc.) appears, and below:




• The breakdown of prices per day for each room type.

To modify the prices, simply click on "Modify values":

• Per day: Click on a day > adjust the price and occupancy rate via a table.

• Per period (all days at once), meaning for all the days within the selected period: Apply an overall adjustment percentage (increase or decrease).

DEBEN MAX: Initial price set for the offer
DEBEN MIN: Deposit paid by the client
